SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping to all domestic destinations. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping within the United States is based on the size and weight of the items being shipped.

  • We offer two shipping methods for domestic orders:

    • First Class Mail: Typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

    • Priority Mail: Typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

  • Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out the same day or the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and file a claim for a refund.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • You can also track your order online by visiting our website and entering your order number.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10-day return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 10 days of your purchase to request a return.

  • Provide us with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Ship the item back to us at your own expense.

  • Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used or damaged

  • Items that are not in their original packaging

  • Items that were purchased on sale

  • Items that were custom

We also do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
