What's the best way to store my artificial Christmas tree?At 1225 Christmas Lane, we recommend storing your artificial Christmas tree in a cool, dry place that is free from moisture and pests. Our preferred way to store a Christmas tree is to cover it with a plastic sheet and store it upright. We know not everyone has the space to store their tree fully assembled and upright, so the next best option is to disassemble the tree, wrap the individual pieces in stretch wrap and store it in it's original box. Additionally, you may want to consider buying a storage bag specifically designed for Christmas trees.

Is it best to purchase a pre-lit Christmas tree or an unlit Christmas tree?Whether you prefer a pre-lit or unlit Christmas tree is a personal decision. Pre-lit Christmas trees are great for those who are looking for an easy and hassle-free set up. On the other hand, unlit Christmas trees offers a more traditional experience, allowing you to choose your own lights. It's important to remember that Christmas lights have a lifespan, on a tree or off, so if you want to avoid a potential lighting issue with your artificial tree you may want to go with an unlit tree. If you are ok with eventually dealing with lighting issues the pre-lit tree does save you from the hassle of stringing lights on the tree.

What is the difference between a PVC artificial tree and a PE artificial tree?PVC trees are made from a polyvinyl chloride material and feature a more classic, traditional look. PE trees are made from a polyethylene material and have a more realistic, life-like appearance. PE trees have gained in popularity over the last several years because of their life-like appearance. Both types of trees have their own unique advantages and provide a beautiful addition to any home.
